Fleet Operations Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Fleet Operations Analyst to oversee and enhance fleet operations in our Stevenage location. The ideal candidate will analyse fleet performance metrics, implement strategies for operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives aimed at improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.
• Collaborate on fleet safety initiatives and training programs.
• Implement and monitor KPIs related to fleet operations.
• Act as a point of contact for fleet-related inquiries and issues.
• Generate reports on fleet performance for the executive team.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance fleet operations.
• Coordinate with HR on driver training and compliance programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics or relevant field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or operations

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
