Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and refine our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, enabling them to improve our processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement process for materials and supplies.
• Ensure reliable communication with suppliers regarding order status.
• Assess risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Investigate and resolve supply chain disruptions.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive supply chain initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries.
• Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Manage forecasting and demand planning processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field
• MBA or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing supply chains

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• SCM Certification from a recognised institute

Languages
