Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing restaurant operations. You'll oversee staff management, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Implement training programs for new staff.
  • Monitor daily financial performance, including cash handling and inventory.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to promote communication and teamwork.
  • Create and adjust staff schedules based on business needs.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality produce.
  • Engage with customers to build loyalty and improve service.
  • Track industry trends to keep the restaurant competitive.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Report directly to the Area Manager on progress and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or Business Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
