Industrial Process Engineer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Industrial Process Engineer to streamline our production processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement in our Sheffield facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects focusing on lean manufacturing principles.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing processes.
• Implement effective process monitoring and reporting systems.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration to enhance production workflow.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform process enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement within manufacturing.
