Job Description
We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Industrial Process Engineer to streamline our production processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement in our Sheffield facility.
Responsibilities
Lead process improvement projects focusing on lean manufacturing principles.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing processes.
Implement effective process monitoring and reporting systems.
Support cross-departmental collaboration to enhance production workflow.
Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform process enhancements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement within manufacturing.
