Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join our team in Southampton. In this role, you will coordinate product development, oversee marketing strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of strategic thinking and practical skills in product management.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define, develop, and launch new products.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns for product launches.

  • Ensure that products comply with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management or marketing
