We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join our team in Southampton. In this role, you will coordinate product development, oversee marketing strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define, develop, and launch new products.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns for product launches.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate product strategies effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives and timelines.
  • Ensure that products comply with industry standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
  • Product Lifecycle Management Expertise in managing products from concept to launch.
  • Market Analysis Tools Experience using tools for market research and analysis.
  • Communication Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Certified Product Manager (CPM)
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • English (Fluent)

  • Experience in digital product marketing: Hands-on experience managing marketing for digital products.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles: Understanding of user experience and interface design principles.
