Job Description

The Continuing Education Director is responsible for overseeing the educational programs and initiatives within the organization. They will work closely with senior management to develop new programs and ensure existing programmes meet the needs of the target audience. This role demands a strategic thinker with a solid background in educational administration.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop educational offerings in line with market demands.
• Lead a cross-functional team in course development.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, relevant educational programs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance program visibility.
• Advise on grant writing to secure funding for programs.
• Build partnerships with external organizations for resource sharing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Adult Education preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in program development and management

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Content Management Systems (CMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Grant Writing: Experience securing funding for educational programs through successful grant applications.
