Job Description

We're seeking passionate Farm and Home Management Educators to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. In this role, you will develop and deliver educational programs that promote sustainable agricultural practices and home management skills. You will work closely with local communities to assess their needs and provide tailored resources and support.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for workshops that promote sustainable farming practices.
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with families to address their specific needs.
  • Utilize feedback to develop and refine educational content.
  • Build relationships with community partners to enhance program visibility.
  • Monitor the implementation of educational programs and gather participant feedback.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to workshop attendees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Home Economics, Agricultural Education, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is desirable
Experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in educational roles or community service
