Job Description

We are searching for a skilled First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers to oversee the removal and disposal of asbestos textiles. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all safety regulations while leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and ensure work is completed within allocated resources.
• Evaluate work performance and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Keep abreast of health and safety regulations as they pertain to asbestos abatement.
• Facilitate training programs for staff to enhance skills and safety awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or a related discipline
• Professional training in asbestos management is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of supervisory experience in the asbestos or construction industry
