Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our dedicated team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and be responsible for ensuring that our operations meet legal standards and internal policies. This role requires a meticulous individual with excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compliance monitoring systems.
• Lead investigations of potential compliance violations.
• Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders on compliance issues.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to promote compliance awareness.
• Prepare and present compliance training for new hires.
• Ensure compliance-related software and tools are up-to-date.
• Develop metrics to evaluate compliance effectiveness.
• Support the organisation in preparing for compliance audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Compliance-related field
• Master's degree in Compliance or Business is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance management or regulatory roles
