Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager who is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role focuses on understanding client needs and providing strategic solutions to drive client success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings and negotiate contracts.
  • Provide training and support to clients on product usage.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed account plans to drive growth.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to resolve issues.
  • Report on key performance indicators to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • MBA is desirable

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role
