Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Opinion Polls Survey Worker to conduct telephone-based surveys and gather vital data. The ideal candidate will be organised, capable of communicating effectively with diverse demographics, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telephone interviews and collect responses.
• Compile and analyse survey results using various software tools.
• Deliver clear results and feedback to clients effectively.
• Assist in enhancing survey methodologies and processes.

• Develop and maintain relationships with respondents to ensure high response rates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Statistics or Social Research is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in qualitative research techniques is a plus.
