We are seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support our clinical trials and research studies. The ideal candidate will assist in patient recruitment, data collection, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role is essential for contributing to high-quality medical research.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient education on clinical trial processes and medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather necessary data.
• Provide logistical support for clinical visits and study-related events.
• Assist in audits and inspections of clinical research as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and participant rights throughout the trial.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical trials or research environments

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical trials
• Ability to conduct literature reviews

Soft Skills

• Proactive approach
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience with clinical protocols: Hands-on experience in following clinical trial protocols.
• Familiarity with statistical software: Experience using software for statistical analysis related to clinical data.
