Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef Manager to take charge of our pastry division. Your creativity will bring our dessert menu to life, whilst managing a team of passionate chefs and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the pastry kitchen in creating and presenting desserts that reflect seasonal trends.
  • Ensure efficiency in kitchen processes to maximise productivity and minimise waste.
  • Mentor junior pastry chefs to develop their skills and career growth.
  • Create visually appealing pastry displays for special events and occasions.
  • Provide support in menu planning and special event catering.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry kitchen.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Certificate/Higher National Diploma in Culinary Arts
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume pastry environment
