As a Jewelry Facer, you will play a crucial role in preparing and finishing jewelry pieces to meet our high standards of quality. You will be responsible for inspecting, polishing, and refining the surfaces of jewelry items, ensuring they are flawless and ready for our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and maintain quality control on finished pieces.
• Utilize polishing tools effectively to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Work alongside designers to ensure adherence to design values.
• Assist in training new team members on faceting and polishing techniques.
• Update and maintain records of production and quality checks.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but training in jewelry making is advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry is highly desirable.
