Responsibilities

• Guide clients through travel planning processes, focusing on their unique needs and expectations.
• Research and recommend travel packages, promotions, and deals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Attend travel expos and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Utilise CRM software to track and manage client relationships and bookings.
• Promote a culture of high customer service standards to support client retention.

Requirements

Education

• A-levels or equivalent
• Degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism sector
