Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Agriculture Research Director to lead our innovative research projects. The successful candidate will oversee the direction of research initiatives aimed at improving agricultural practices, collaborating with teams to develop cutting-edge solutions that address industry challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Direct agricultural research initiatives aimed at sustainable practices.
  • Oversee the design and analysis of research methodologies.
  • Foster partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance research relevance.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.
  • Drive innovation by staying informed of the latest agricultural technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of policy recommendations based on research outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for the team and external partners.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with environmental and agricultural regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive project insights.
  • Enhance departmental strategies through informed leadership.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in relevant field.
  • Postdoctoral research experience preferred.
Experience
  • Over 10 years in agricultural R&D, including project management.
