Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and align them with services offered.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams for project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Provide insights on market demands to improve service offerings.
  • Develop sales strategies tailored to different client segments.
  • Utilise CRM software effectively to manage leads.
  • Gather client feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales
