The Clinical Trials Manager role involves overseeing all aspects of clinical trials, including planning, execution, and reporting. Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational aspects of clinical trials in alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for clinical trial participants and manage patient relations.
  • Facilitate communication between clinical sites, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Review and approve study-related documents and reports.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the clinical site staff to discuss study progress and challenges.
  • Evaluate trial data for accuracy and completeness before reporting.
  • Assist in the development of trial protocols and informed consent documents.
  • Support the strategic planning for future clinical trials by providing insights based on current studies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
