Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mica Paster to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality mica pastes used in various industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the mixing and blending equipment for optimal performance.
• Adjust machinery settings as needed to meet production specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks and report any discrepancies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.
• Document and communicate production issues effectively to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with mica or related materials preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting

Technical Skills

• Operating industrial equipment
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Flexibility
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working with mica and other related materials: Hands-on experience with materials used in cosmetics.
• Experience with operating and maintaining various industrial equipment: Practical skills in using production machinery.
