We are on the lookout for an SEO Specialist to join our vibrant team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and the ability to conduct thorough keyword research.

Responsibilities

• Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and user experience.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Optimise meta tags, headings, and content for keywords.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO compliance on website changes.
• Manage local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in local searches.
• Monitor and improve website usability and conversion rates.
• Train team members on SEO tools and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and tools.
• Build relationships with influencers for potential backlinks.
• Support the marketing team with online campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• A relevant SEO certification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO
