Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our Newcastle team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of manufacturing processes and will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing quality control, and implementing best practices across the production line. This role demands a detail-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at process improvement across production lines.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track engineering performance and productivity.
• Assist in the development of operational budgets and cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of materials and components.
• Support staff in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
• Participate in safety and compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering management is an asset

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering roles
