We are seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join our London office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our team with various financial analyses, advising clients on corporate financial strategies, and helping to execute transactions. Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in deal execution, including negotiations.
• Create insightful reports outlining financial performance and projections.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department.
• Assist in compliance checks and regulatory reporting.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and updates.
• Maintain documentation and records for financial transactions.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Additional finance certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in corporate finance or related field

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 or above
• CIMA is also beneficial

Languages
