Job Description

We are seeking reliable Extruding and Forming Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. The ideal candidates will operate and maintain extruding machines, ensuring high product standards and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for various production runs.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment reliability.
• Work with team members to achieve production targets efficiently.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Support training of new operators on equipment usage and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Monitor and report on the quality of incoming materials.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Participate in team meetings to address obstacles and share feedback.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years experience in production or manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Forklift certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with machinery calibration: Ability to calibrate machines for optimal production output.
• Additional forklift operating experience: Experience in additional material handling equipment.
