Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant in Leeds. Your main responsibilities will include preparing budgets, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Advise on financial reporting and budgeting processes.
  • Assist with tax returns and compliance.
  • Provide analytical support for financial decision-making.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders.
  • Maintain updated financial records and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • ACCA or CIMA qualification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting role
