Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pipelayer to join our skilled team at Skilled Trades Group. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lay out and install piping systems according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on installations to ensure compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues as they arise on site.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project needs and updates.
• Document and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent
• Valid plumbing license

Experience

• 3 years of experience in plumbing installations and repairs

Technical Skills

• Blueprint reading
• Fittings and fixtures knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving aptitude
• Time management

Certifications

• First Aid certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
