Job Description
As a Patrol Deputy Sheriff, you will patrol designated areas, enforce laws, and prevent crime. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, physical fitness, and emotional stability to handle challenging situations effectively.
Responsibilities
Conduct proactive patrols in assigned areas to uphold law and order.
Respond rapidly to incidents and emergencies.
Collect evidence and gather information related to crimes.
Work alongside local organisations to promote community safety initiatives.
Develop strategies to engage with and educate the community on crime prevention.
Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies when required.
Assist in event security for public gatherings and functions.
Requirements
Education
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a law enforcement academy and/or criminal justice degree is preferred
Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills
Ability to handle and use firearms

First Aid Certification is a plus

Languages
