Join our team as a Construction Laborer, known as a Sledger, where your main responsibility will be the safe and efficient removal of snow and ice from outdoor areas using specialized equipment. This role is essential for maintaining safe access in winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize equipment effectively for snow and ice removal.
• Contribute to a team effort for efficient operation during winter weather.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and cleaning.
• Follow established safety practices while on duty.
• Assist with training and mentoring new staff members.
• Evaluate the areas needing attention based on priority.
• Keep accurate records of operations and equipment status.
