Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing impactful training programs. Your expertise will foster a culture of continuous learning and enhance employee skills across various levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive financial strategies that align with clients' goals.
  • Evaluate clients' risk tolerance and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in financial regulations that may impact clients.
  • Assist clients in understanding investment performance and strategies.
  • Conduct seminars and workshops to educate clients on financial literacy.
  • Create detailed investment proposals highlighting potential returns and risks.
  • Work closely with accountants and tax specialists to provide complete financial solutions.
  • Engage with clients through regular touchpoints to assess financial satisfaction.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, handling inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • CFP or CFA designation is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years in a financial consulting or advisory role
