As a Food Batchmaker, you will be integral to our production team, creating delicious pickles and other preserved products. Your attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards will ensure our products exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Mix and prepare ingredients for pickling.
Ensure production equipment is functioning properly.
Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production cycle.
Implement and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Assist in training new staff in pickling techniques.
Manage stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance.
Participate in regular safety and hygiene training sessions.
Contribute to team meetings with ideas for process improvements.
Requirements
Education
Food Science or related field is preferred
Experience
2-4 years of experience in food manufacturing.
