Job Description

As a Loading Unit Tool Setter, you will take the lead in setting up and maintaining loading unit tools, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. Your role is critical in our production environment, where you'll troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and work closely with the production team to enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate loading equipment based on production requirements.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Identify and rectify defects in machinery.
• Document tool performance metrics and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tool design.
• Ensure tools meet quality standards prior to production.
• Work closely with operators to train in tool usage and safety.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights on tool performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
