We are seeking a highly motivated Shoe Machine Operator and Tender to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for operating shoe machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining equipment efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production runs per specifications.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for production.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times.
