Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Account Manager to join our Liverpool office. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to assess their satisfaction and service levels.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with marketing to drive initiatives that attract new clients.
  • Assist in the development of account management policies and procedures.
  • Present regular performance metrics and feedback to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
