• Strategise recruitment campaigns based on client needs.
• Assist candidates in preparing for interviews and provide feedback.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
