Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Leach Cell Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of leach cell equipment. You will play a crucial role in extracting valuable materials from ores while adhering to stringent safety and environmental protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage leach cell operations to ensure quality extraction.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on leach cell equipment.
• Adjust process parameters and equipment settings for optimal performance.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions with effective troubleshooting methods.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Document all production activities and equipment status accurately.
• Liaise with team members to enhance the efficiency of operations.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to upskill in the role.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or apprenticeship preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in leach cell operation or mining operations is highly desirable
