Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Technology Consultant who will serve as a bridge between food science and business operations. You will help clients navigate the complexities of food product development and technology implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Offer expert guidance on the application of new technologies in food production.
  • Evaluate and recommend food processing equipment and techniques.
  • Assist clients in the formulation and testing of new food products.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of food technology solutions implemented.
  • Provide insights into consumer preferences and product development.
  • Participate in safety audits and process improvements.
  • Develop sustainability strategies in food production processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients post-implementation.
  • Engage in continuous professional development within the food technology sector.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field
  • Higher degree in Food Science or related area is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-6 years of consultancy experience in the food sector
