We are seeking a Lab Supervisor with a strong background in laboratory operations to oversee our Ipswich facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and conducting complex laboratory experiments. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our research projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory personnel, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Ensure that all laboratory activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Review and validate laboratory results, preparing reports for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting and procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
• Collaborate with research teams to design and execute experiments effectively.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing laboratory capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
