Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for overseeing staff and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, while also driving improvements in the efficiency of our processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess warehouse activities to determine efficiency improvements.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Liaise with transport teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational strategy meetings.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Operations Management or Logistics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics environments

Technical Skills

• Logistics Software Proficiency
• Data Analysis

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• OSHA Forklift Safety Certification
• Supply Chain Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Multi-Channel Fulfilment: Experience in managing logistics for multiple retail channels.
• Understanding of E-commerce Logistics: Knowledge of logistics challenges and solutions in the online retail environment.
