Responsibilities
Assess the psychological needs of patients facing substance abuse challenges.
Create tailored therapy and support plans for clients.
Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on communal support.
Document and track patient progress meticulously.
Conduct regular reviews of treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
Provide educational resources and support for patients' families.
Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Utilise EMR systems effectively for patient documentation.
Assist in crisis situations by providing immediate psychological support.

Requirements
Education
Degree in Psychology or Counseling
Relevant certifications (e.g. MBACP, UKCP)
Experience
3-5 years of clinical experience in counseling settings
