Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team in Nottingham. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and treatment for various animal patients. You will be responsible for performing surgeries, conducting routine check-ups, and advising pet owners on health management.

Responsibilities

  • Examine animals to diagnose their health issues.
  • Administer anaesthesia and perform surgeries when necessary.
  • Prescribe medication and monitor recovery post-surgery.
  • Educate pet owners on preventive health care.
  • Conduct routine health assessments and wellness checks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification in a veterinary specialty is desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a veterinary practice
