As a Beater Boss, you will oversee a team of beaters, ensuring that each hunt runs smoothly and safely. Your leadership will be crucial in training team members, managing equipment, and coordinating with other hunting staff. This role requires a solid understanding of hunting techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of a beaters team, ensuring all activities align with company standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance hunting strategies.
• Educate beaters on industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Supervise equipment maintenance and ensure readiness for hunts.
• Conduct performance evaluations for beaters and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure that high-quality client interactions are maintained throughout all hunts.
• Collect data and provide insights on hunting success rates and areas for improvement.
• Create a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

Education

• Qualifications in hunting or a related field are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of leadership experience in outdoor or hunting settings
