Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented AutoCAD Drafter in Sheffield to join our vibrant architecture team. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail and a passion for design, contributing to a range of exciting projects. You will play a key role in translating concepts into detailed drawings and plans that align with our design ethos.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an organised library of CAD templates and standards.
  • Support project managers by ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Provide CAD support during site inspections and reviews.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas and solutions.
  • Assist in developing project timelines and project planning.
  • Maintain an awareness of industry trends and software updates.
  • Offer training and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Architecture or related field
  • Additional certifications in design software are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in architectural drafting
Technical Skills
  • AutoCAD
