Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Oxford. In this role, you will play a vital part in conducting clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for advancing medical science.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute site initiation and training visits for study sites.
  • Review and approve the study site regulatory and ethics submissions.
  • Monitor compliance with safety reporting requirements and adverse event documentation.
  • Provide solutions to challenges encountered during study conduct.
  • Work closely with the data management team to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at study meetings.
  • Identify training needs for site staff and develop training programmes.
  • Assist in budget forecasting and resource allocation for clinical trials.
  • Support quality assurance activities and corrective action plans.
  • Engage actively in team meetings to discuss trial progress and issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in clinical trials or related field
