Job Description

We're seeking a strategic and innovative Content Marketing Manager to join our Oxford team. In this role, you will design and implement content strategies that resonate with our audience and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to create compelling content across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor and report on content performance metrics, providing insights to enhance future campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align content efforts with sales objectives.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise content effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers for content creation as needed.
  • Organise and participate in content brainstorming sessions to stimulate creativity.
  • Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency before publication.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content library for internal use.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or a related field
