You will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of IT services and systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong troubleshooting background and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests within agreed SLA.
• Ensure all IT equipment is in working order and maintained.
• Advise on best practices for IT security.
• Assist in testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Provide input on IT improvements and strategies.
• Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Linux
• Help Desk Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
