Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Feeder and Offbearer to play a critical role in our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring a smooth workflow within the production line.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth loading and feeding of materials to production machines.
• Participate in daily production planning meetings.
• Troubleshoot any feeding issues that arise during production.
• Work in accordance with all safety and quality guidelines.
• Assist in the training of new staff members when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the working area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional courses in supply chain management are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing settings

Technical Skills

• Logistics software proficiency
• Safety compliance knowledge

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in quality assurance: Knowledge of quality standards and inspections.
• Forklift operation experience: Hands-on experience with forklift operations beyond certification.
