Job Description

We’re looking for a Food Scientist to innovate and enhance food products at our Bristol facility. This position requires a strong background in food technology, with responsibilities spanning product development to ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Research emerging food technologies and their implications.
  • Conduct quality assessments on product formulations.
  • Design experiments to support product development initiatives.
  • Document findings and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Enhance the safety protocols related to food handling.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.
  • Assist in regulatory compliance and audits.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives within the food sector.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
  • Master's degree in Food Technology is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a food research environment
