Job Description
We’re looking for a Food Scientist to innovate and enhance food products at our Bristol facility. This position requires a strong background in food technology, with responsibilities spanning product development to ensuring quality control.
Responsibilities
Research emerging food technologies and their implications.
Conduct quality assessments on product formulations.
Design experiments to support product development initiatives.
Document findings and communicate results to stakeholders.
Enhance the safety protocols related to food handling.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.
Assist in regulatory compliance and audits.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
Master's degree in Food Technology is preferred

5+ years of experience in a food research environment
