Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Process Development Engineer to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing and innovating manufacturing processes, improving efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement process improvements in line with quality standards.
  • Work with R&D to support new product development initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for process specifications.
  • Monitor production performance to ensure compliance with business and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in root cause analysis for process deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the execution of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external stakeholders to enhance process capabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
