• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigating strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Keep abreast of market trends and developments in the logistics industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications in freight forwarding are an advantage
• Customs Regulations Proficient in understanding customs regulations and compliance.
• Logistics Software Experience with logistics software for tracking and managing shipments.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Problem-solving Strong problem-solving skills to address shipping challenges.
• Freight Forwarding Certification
• Customs Broker License
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in E-commerce logistics: Knowledge of the logistics involved in e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms: Understanding of international commerce terms used in shipping.
