Job Description

We are actively seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations in Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel management, demonstrating excellent leadership skills and the ability to enhance guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational standards are consistently met across all departments.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere for both guests and employees.
  • Monitor and manage inventory and supplies of hotel amenities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue potential.
  • Lead regular meetings to discuss operational challenges and team performance.
  • Utilize guest feedback for continuous improvement across services.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to optimize team performance.
  • Manage online reviews and reputation management.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among all departments.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a hospitality management role
