Ironing Pleater

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ironing Pleater who is eager to contribute to our textile manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain industrial ironing machines, ensuring that pleating specifications are met. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished garments for quality assurance, making this a critical position within our production line.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for pleating operations based on the specifications
• Review production targets and adjust operations accordingly
• Conduct quality assessments and maintain records
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address issues
• Provide feedback on machine efficiency and suggest upgrades
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Keep updated on the best practices in garment pleating

• Record and report all production metrics accurately
